I work with people who are facing a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, family and relationship challenges, grief, or a sense of overwhelm, as well as those living with chronic pain.
My work is insight-oriented and relational, incorporates mindfulness and somatic techniques, and some CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) ideas, which provide concrete coping strategies that can help ease some discomfort. If you are experiencing chronic pain, I incorporate Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). Together, we will tailor the work to what’s most appropriate for you.
